Thanksgiving Tablecloth Tradition

I got this idea from Somewhat Simple, and it has become a special family tradition. All you need to do is buy a canvas drop cloth from a home improvement store (like Lowe’s or Home Depot) and some permanent markers.
Thanksgiving Tablecloth Tradition
Every Thanksgiving, we put the cloth on the kitchen table — we use this table for the kids to do crafts and coloring while we set up the dining room table for our meal. Of course, if you need your kitchen table for your meal, you can place your “tablecloth of thanks” there. We encourage the kids to write something they are thankful for on the tablecloth. Over the years, the tablecloth has been filling up and has become a special keepsake. The kids (and parents) love to look back and see what they wrote in previous years!
