Coffee Filter Dove Christmas Craft

This easy coffee filter dove can hang on your tree or anywhere around the house. Enjoy!

Here are the supplies and directions for a coffee filter dove craft:

Supplies:

3 Round Coffee Filters
Glue Gun
Clothespin
Black Marker
1 Chenille Stem (Pipe Cleaner)
Red Ribbon
Scissors

Directions:

1. Fold one coffee filter into quarters. Glue it to the back of the clothespin to form a tail (the pleated end will stick out the back).
2. Fold the next coffee filter into eighths. Glue it to the front of the clothespin to form a head.
3. Use a black marker to draw eyes and a beak.
4. Fold the last coffee filter in half. Glue it on the top of the head and tail to form wings (the pleated end in the back). Make a crease in the wings so that they stand up a bit.
5. Form the pipe cleaner into a wreath, and glue a bow onto it.
6. Glue the wreath onto the beak of the dove.
7. You can clip the dove to your tree with the clothespin, or glue a ribbon to the middle of its back to hang it.
