Pom Pom Santa Christmas Craft

This easy Santa craft is made out of pom poms and pipe cleaners. Isn’t he cute?

Here are the supplies and directions for a pom pom Santa:

Supplies:

3/4″ Wooden Cube
Paint
1 Large Red Pom Pom (Body)
1 Medium White Pom Pom (Head)
2 Small Red Pom Poms (Feet)
1 Small White Pom Pom (Hat Top)
1 Mini Red Pom Pom (Nose)
2 Red Pipe Cleaners (Arms and Legs)
2 Google Eyes
White Doll Hair
White Felt
Gold String
Glue Gun
Scissors

Directions:

1. Paint the wooden cube (this is the gift that Santa is holding). Allow to dry.
2. Wrap a chenille stem in a cone shape to form a hat. Use a glue gun to secure a small white pom pom onto the top.
3. Glue the hat on top of the medium white pom pom. Add google eyes, a nose, and doll hair for the beard.
4. Cut a chenille stem in half. Cut one of the pieces in half again. The quarter pieces are for legs and the half piece is for arms.
5. Glue the legs onto the bottom of the large red pom pom (Santa’s body). Add small red pom poms to the end for feet.
6. Glue a piece of felt around the bottom of Santa’s body. You can also add white felt around the bottom of his hat if you like.
7. Glue the head onto the body.
8. Glue the half piece of chenille stem around the back of the body (for arms).
9. Tie a gold string around the wooden cube to make a gift.
10. Glue the arms to the gift. Attach a string if you want to hang your Santa on a tree.
