Uncle Sam Hat Craft

My kids love making silly hats, and this Uncle Sam hat is a favorite of mine!

Supplies:

Red, White and Blue Construction Paper

Paper Plate

Cotton Balls

Glue

Elastic Band

Directions:

1. Cut blue construction paper to form a hat.

2. Cut strips of red and white, as well as stars, and glue onto the hat.

3. Cut the center circle out of the paper plate and glue cotton balls on the bottom.

4. Glue the hat onto the paper plate.

5. Add an elastic band to the back to secure onto a child’s head.
