Valentine Pencil Craft

This easy craft can make homework time more fun for kids. Every now and then it is exciting to have a crazy pencil vs. the traditional yellow pencil!

Supplies:

Pencils
Red, Pink and/or White Chenille Stems (or Pipe Cleaner)
Heart Stickers
Styrofoam Cup

Directions:

1. Wrap a chenille stick around a pencil.

2. Place a sticker on the front and back of the top of the chenille stick.

3. Pull the chenille stem up a few inches so it reaches beyond the end of the pencil.

4. As a creative pencil holder, you can also decorate an upside down styrofoam cup with stickers, and poke the pencils through it.
