Chocolate Shamrock Bouquet

This craft makes an easy and elegant gift or a wonderful edible table centerpiece.

Chocolate ShamrocksSupplies:*

Small Flower Pot
Spray Paint Primer and Green Spray Paint
Green, White and Regular Chocolate Melts
Shamrock Chocolate Molds (the ones that are formed to allow a lollipop stick to be inserted)
Lollipop Sticks
Playdough (or strong flower styrofoam to hold suckers in place)
Green Candies (we used mint M&M’s found in the fine chocolate section of our grocery store)
Gold Ribbon
Glue Gun

*All of these supplies can be found at a craft store like Michael’s.

Directions:

1. Spray primer on the flower pot. When dry, spray paint with green. Allow to dry.

2. Follow package directions for melting chocolates and place them in candy molds with lollipop sticks.

3. When the flower pot is dry, glue a gold ribbon around the top rim.

4. Form playdough into a ball. Wrap loosely with wax paper, and push into the bottom (halfway full or more) of the pot to hold the chocolate suckers in place. Top with green candies.

5. Drizzle chocolate over lollipops. Allow to dry, and then arrange in the pot.
