Glazed Apricot Ham Recipe

The below recipe incorporates the traditional Easter food of ham. Enjoy this delicious glaze!

Glazed Apricot HamIngredients:

1 boneless, fully cooked, spiral sliced ham (about 10 pounds)

1/2 cup apricot preserves

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Directions:

1. Place ham face down in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil.

2. Cook apricot preserves, dijon mustard and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat until preserves are melted.

3. Brush half of the apricot mixture over the ham. Set aside the remaining half.

4. Bake covered with aluminum foil at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours (8 -10 minutes per pound), basting occasionally with pan drippings.

5. Allow ham to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with remaining glaze.
