July 4th Jiggler Recipe
Jello jigglers are such a fun (and refreshing) summer treat. Cut them in red and blue stars, and they are perfect for a July 4th celebration!
2 pkg. (6 oz.) Berry Blue JELL-O Gelatin
1. Stir 2 1/2 cups of boiling water in blue JELL-O until gelatin is completely dissolved (about 3 minutes). Pour into a lightly greased 9×13″ pan, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
2. Repeat for the red JELL-O.
3. Dip the bottom of pan in warm water for about 15 seconds before using a cookie cutter to cut star shapes.
4. Arrange on platter and serve.
