Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip MuffinIngredients:

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 15-ounce can pumpkins
1 cup oil
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray muffin pan with cooking oil (or line with paper baking cups).
2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in medium bowl.
3. Whisk eggs and sugar in large bowl, then add pumpkin and oil. Mix well.
4. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, then stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into muffin pan, and cook for 20-25 minutes (until top springs back when touched). Allow muffins to cool in pan before removing.
