Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

8 chicken breasts , boneless and skinless
1 onion , big slices
2 cloves garlic
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup dry white wine
spaghetti noodles

Directions:

1. Flatten chicken and fry in a pan until it is white all over and no pink is showing on the outside. Set aside.

2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil (not extra virgin) until tender.

3. Add remaining ingredients (except wine) and place chicken back in the pan. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Cook and drain spaghetti according to package directions.

5. Remove bay leaves from the chicken mixture, and add white wine. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

6. Form spaghetti into a heart shape and serve the chicken over it.

7. Enjoy!
