Follow Me
I have been thinking a lot lately about Jesus’ words, “Follow Me.” He spoke these words so often. On the surface, they seem so simple. But on further reflection, I am realizing how very profound they are. Perhaps because I have had these words on my mind, I was struck by the way this video captures the trend to “follow” in social media and applies it to the Easter story.
As we reflect in the coming days on the cross of Christ, let us remember his words in Luke 9:23, “Then he said to them all: ‘If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.'” Will you follow Him?
