Cherry Crisp Recipe

cherry crispIngredients:

Cherry Mixture:
4 cups pitted sour cherries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 tablespoons flour

Topping:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter

Vanilla Ice-Cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar and flour. Pour into 9×13″ baking dish.

3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherries.

4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes (or until topping is golden brown).
