Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Ice cream and blueberries are two of my favorite foods in the world. This recipe is so easy to make and sure to be a crowd pleaser for the 4th of July!

Blueberry CrispIngredients:

Blueberry Mixture:
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons flour

Topping:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter

Vanilla Ice-Cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar and flour. Pour into 9×13″ baking dish.

3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries.

4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes (or until topping is golden brown).
