Ice Cream Cookie Cup Recipe

This is a fun and easy July 4th treat for anyone that loves cookies and ice-cream!

Ice Cream Cookie CupsIngredients:

1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 cups ice cream
whipped cream
strawberry or blueberry topping*
sprinkles

*For more flavor options, you can also heat up preserves and drizzle over ice-cream.

Directions:

1. Cut the dough into 12 slices and press into muffin cup to form a bowl.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden. Cool.

3. Fill with ice-cream (choose a red, white or blue color — some stores have special seasonal patriotic colors).

4. Top with strawberry or blueberry topping, whipped cream and sprinkles.
