Brownie Bites Recipe

The below recipe incorporates the Valentine’s tradition of chocolate. The primary recipe is for a brownie and cream cheese filling, but you can try a variety of other fillings. Enjoy!

Brownie BitesIngredients

1 box brownie mix (and ingredients according to package directions)

1 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

Chocolate and Vanilla Candy Coating

Directions:

1. Make brownies according to package directions.

2. When brownies are done, dump them into a large bowl with the cream cheese and mash together while warm. Refrigerate overnight (or atleast a few hours).

3. After brownie mixture is chilled, roll into one inch balls. If they are still sticky, place them in the freezer until firm.

4. Follow package directions to melt candy coating. Once melted, dip balls into coating.

5. Use a fork and knife to help turn the balls until they are completely covered. Use the fork to scoop them up, allowing the coating to drip through the gaps in the fork. Use the knife to push the balls off the fork and onto wax paper. Drizzle remaining candy coating over the top for a nice presentation.
