Snowflake Crunch Recipe

snowflake crunchIngredients:

12 oz. white chocolate candy coating*
1/2 cup lightly salted peanuts
3 cups golden grahams cereal

*Candy coating can be found on the baking aisle in most grocery stores and is much easier to work with than white chocolate chips.

Directions:

1. Melt candy coating in microwave according to package directions.

2. Pour candy coating over peanuts and cereal until well covered.

3. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to dry.
