Butterscotch Bird Nest Recipe

This is a super easy (and yummy) Easter treat. Enjoy!
Butterscotch Bird Nests

Ingredients:

1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanuts (optional)
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 bag mini Robin eggs

Directions:

1. Melt the chips and peanut butter in the microwave (3-5 minutes on 50% power).

2. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles.

3. Drop in spoonfuls on wax paper, and use the back of a spoon to make a small indentation in the center.

4. Place Robin eggs in the indentation.

5. Refrigerate for a faster set, or let sit overnight on the counter.
