Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Cheese BiscuitsIngredients:

2 cups biscuit/baking mix
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2/3 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pretzel sticks and parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheese and garlic.
2. With a fork, stir in milk just until moistened.
3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 10 minutes (or until lightly golden brown).
5. Combine butter and garlic powder; brush over biscuits while warm.
6. Garnish with a pretzel stick and piece of parsley to make a “pumpkin.”
7. Serve and enjoy.
