Tuscan Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Tuscan Green Bean CasseroleIngredients:

3/4 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, in oil (julienne sliced)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups green beans, fresh or frozen*
1 1/3 cups french fried onions

*You can use fresh, frozen, or canned. If canned, make sure to drain.

Directions:

1. Combine Alfredo sauce, milk, cheese, tomatoes, salt, pepper and 2/3 c. of the onions.
2. Lightly stir in the beans, and pour into a casserole dish (double the recipe for a 9×13″ baking dish).
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
4. Stir mixture lightly and pour balance of onions evenly over top of casserole.
5. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until onions are lightly browned.
