Rosemary Leg of Lamb Recipe

Roasted Rosemary LambIngredients:

1 leg of lamb (about 5 pounds)

1/4 cup honey

2 T. dijon mustard

2 T. fresh rosemary, chopped

1 t. pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

1. Mix together honey, mustard, rosemary, pepper, and garlic. Marinate lamb in the regrigerator overnight.

2. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 400 degrees and cook another 50-60 minutes (until internal temperature reaches atleast 140 degrees.

3. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before carving.
